Joël Andrianomearisoa

Andrianomearisoa retains the technique of his labyrinths, with its repetitions and accidents, in this series of works with inheritance of that first Labyrinth of Passions that won the Audemars Piguet Prize in 2016. Hand-sewn with strips of found, sophisticated and current textiles, hang from a structures as if they were paintings. These structures, which remind us the artist was educated as an architect, take part of the spaces and mutate them into bodies furrowed by the veins of life and time. In short, an advertisement that will transport us through landscapes of different horizons in a walk that is life itself.
